Didn't even bother showing up for an estimate appointment for full AC replacement! I'm literally trying to spend tens of thousands of dollars and they didn't even show up! Called the same number back from when I made the appointment, went to an admittedly nice lady who REALLY didnt seem to know what she was doing. She said she showed no such record of an appointment, but she was having "computer problems", and would call me back, but never did.
