I tried several other service providers, but either they were booked, or I couldn't get a hold of them. I even scheduled an online appointment with one where they rescheduled me without notice. 72 degrees set up a time window for check up service and showed up within that time frame and called 20 minutes before arriving. This is appreciated....furthermore, my technician was thorough and helpful with a small ductwork issue and he spent a few minutes investigating it and recommended self remedy. Very customer service oriented company. I highly recommend them!
