I would not recommend using this company. they use an out of state answering service . they also are very lax with there intracompany communication. . We canceled a service request but they came anyway when I was not at home and tried to complete the service when my wife was home stating that I had requested it and I didn't. they gave her a price almost $500 more than what I had already agreed to with another company . be very careful in my opinion. be sure to get verification before you commit.

Our AC wasn’t working… I called them mid morning and they were able to come out that evening and walk me through what was going on. They offered me different options and were transparent about pricing and necessities. Charlie was super helpful and I would definitely use him again in the future for anything AC related. Very happy with the service!

72 Degrees Heating and Air to the rescue! The air conditioning unit went out exactly when you'd expect - during a heat wave. I tried several other service providers, but either they were booked, or I couldn't get a hold of them. I even scheduled an online appointment with one where they rescheduled me without notice. I called 72 Degrees and I was able to talk directly to Charlie. He asked some questions and listened. 72 degrees set up a time window for check up service and showed up within that time frame and called 20 minutes before arriving. This is appreciated....furthermore, my technician was thorough and helpful with a small ductwork issue and he spent a few minutes investigating it and recommended self remedy. Very customer service oriented company. I highly recommend them!
