This company is a joke, from the time I moved in I have been having issues with them. The refrigerator and small flies and eggs casing in it no mater how many times i cleaned it. I call message them several and spoke to the assistance manager and after a week of going back and forth she sent someone out to fix it. From the begining to the end ; this company is is blackmail agent everything is killing money, besides that do nothing, lots of sweet saling words with all lines of repair ****. .....& just keep bloody your money, waste more money never achieve anything, misleading & until you completely dying & dry out. I have rented from this company for years, and they have always done a great job and they are always honest. I would recommend them to anyone who wants to be treated fairly.
I give no stars to Specialist Property Management they appear very nice before you sign the contract, but as soon as you sign you get to know the real slumb lords that they are. I signed a rental agreement on a Wed. In July expecting to move in the following day since I was charged from the day I signed the contract only to find the following: 1. The property was professionally cleaned prior to her taking possession of the property. Tenant was never promised any reimbursement for moving in late. We were never informed of her not having any running water, we had a plumber out to the property and the kitchen faucet and the bathtub handle were both replaced with NEW fixtures At the time the property was rented, there were no known leaks in the property.
