The best customer service I have received from a used and new auto parts dealer. Lo mejor.
This business does not even deserve 1 Star. Their customer services skills is ZERO "0". I put one star because otherwise it does not allow you to leave a written review. I called twice and I was put on hold for over 10 minutes and then, they hung-up. I will not give my business nor money to a company that does not have any customer service experience. Super bad costumer service they hang up on me
I came in for a door, and was told it would be delivered the same day. After two days of not receiving the door, I went to get a refund and they said they don't give refunds, only store credit. I thought they were unreasonable since I'm asking for a refund for a part I NEVER GOT! Best thing about this is that I agreed to the delivery because it doesn't fit in my car but my house was only 4 MILES AWAY FROM THEM! I can't believe this. I'm still waiting for the damn door.
Awesome customer service in person or via telephone.
