Dr. Shook was exemplary with my medical procedure and he and his staff were extra calming and informative in preparing me for it. They were also able to schedule me immediately for my procedure. Because he has two offices it enabled me to have the procedure done at one and my stitches out at the other so that it would fit into my schedule. I found my Dermatologist as well as Surgical Dermatologist for life!!
Great Dermatology staff and Dr. Robert Cook-Norris is amazing! He did a great job! Not only he took the time to explain what was the problem but also explained what he will be doing.
