Staff named Siti Who is so friendly and helpful, she always give good service.
The phone booking system is excellent, but the experience at the front desk was disappointing. The staff member (wearing a hijab) was quite rude, and her communication style felt unprofessional. This isn’t the first time—we’ve been here many times and experienced the same behaviour. I hope management can address this to improve the overall customer experience.
