Classic Plumbing Solutions called me last week reminding me that it was time for our home's annual inspection. Anthony came to my home that same day. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and took his time answering questions that I had. Being new homeowners and new to the area as well, it was so great to have one less thing to worry about.
Over price for the work they did. They charge you for the appointment, however they do not remove the charge if they do the work. I was able to find the part that I needed and was able to fix for $15 that they where charging over $200.
I highly recommend Classic Plumbing. They provided us with emergency service on a Saturday evening when sewage was backing up in our basement drains. They (Jason and the owner's son) attempted to roto root out the problem and made some progress, but 53 years of tree roots in a sewer connection are hard to penetrate. They ran a camera through lines for us and determined the problem was tree roots in the line near the street. I've had them come out on 2 separate occasions. Both times no problem. They are a fantastic company. Jason and Everyone that came out were hard workers and so nice and easy to talk to. Lisa I believe is who I talked to over the phone was always friendly. They did a great job fixed my issues and cleaned up after themselves. Want the job done right call them!

So disappointed I called because there was a backed up drain in my basement I was told they would send someone over to open it up. The gentleman got here and did nothing accept tell us he could do nothing till Tuesday. he didn’t even attempt to open the drain. He did how ever charge us 149.00. Today is Thursday and we were told not to use our tub till Tuesday when they could come back out. I have called and left 2 messages and I have gotten no response. I am so unhappy �
Paid for a fix that was VERY obvious, which was the reason for the call! NEVER FIXED! Want pictures I will send before and after 2 you! Only to pay � and repay another to fix something so small! Following up with BBB & etc. Also telling as many people as I can! Very upset they knew I was having new countertops put in on Tuesday!
