Klarissa gave me a perm in mid Oct. My hair now is straight and terribly frizzy. Been getting perms for 20 years. This is the worst one I have ever gotten. The girls were very nice to my mother, my boyfriend and I but does not make up for Clarissa ruining my hair. She charged me $120 and I have no curls. Going to have to cut it all off. I have been very upset since I was in there. I live in North Carolina or I would go in and ask for my money back!!!
Stopped in Special Effects as a walk-in. Loved it! I will go back!
