John Wilson was at my house to deliver equipment for my Mom, and then back to pick it all up. He was wonderful!! Very respectful of our situation. He made sure every piece was cleaned before bringing them into the house and was very helpful at explaining proper use. Always friendly!
We were visiting Charleston; my husband needed a replacement part for his CPAP machine. On Christmas Eve, everyone went beyond the expected to help him. We appreciate their efforts!!
We were visiting family in North Charleston during the holidays and my husband realized he had forgotten to bring the water chamber for his CPAP machine. The machine will not work without the chamber. He started calling suppliers on December 24th at 8 am. After several calls with no help in sight, he called Special Care Medical.
