I was forced to take this business to court for installing an illegal counterfeit operating system and charging me the price for the actual operating system. They also caused further damage to equipment that the owner attempted to repair and wanted to charge me to repair the damage he caused. He admitted to his wrongdoing but told me he couldn't refund my money, because he didn't have any money. The owner did not show for the court date and has not made any attempt to pay the court ordered amount.
Doesn’t answer his phone. Business is never open. Doesn’t order parts when he says he will. The work we eventually had done by him was garbage. Replacement digitizer lasted a whole week. It’s been a few weeks since he allegedly ordered new parts (again) and cannot get ahold of him and he’s never in the store. Going in 2 months now, my wife has been without a phone. Steer clear.

Usually it would be best place to go to get a computer fixed but I took my GFs computer there at least 2 months ago to get the screen repaired and I was told the part would be here in Cadillac within a month or so and it's been 2 already and still nothing. Not to mention the hour's are 9:00-7:00pm I just went there and they still aren't open like what the heck change the business sign if you aren't going to be open at the time it says. So overall I'm not satisfied this time around

Sent you a message explaining and providing an update. I've been in and out of work for serious health issues and there has been a sign on the door to call my cell phone. I'm sincerely sorry about the delay.
Great place for all your repair needs helped me out in a jam fast! Fixed a phone I thought was lost and got my laptop up and running. If you need something fixed make sure you take it here you won't be disappointed!
Jason has been my computer Tec for yrs and he is terriffic
Was very impressed with Jason and his service. I am usually really good at figuring out my own computer needs, but was stumped. After of hours of working on it, I went to see Jason and it was resoloved in under an hour. I also love that he does flat rates so you know what to expect upfront. Highly recomment
