**Went from 3-star to 2-star** Customer service can kill a company for sure... I have a Supertwin for my T56 swapped Mustangs and it has done ok. Only have 1100-miles which was broken in at the same time as a new shortblock so break-in was mild to light; nothing too crazy. After the car was dynoed, seeing 1012w, the clutch did well. Unfortunately, after the dyno session, the clutch has started to act a little weird. Not a TOB issue but new noises are occuring when I start the car to leaving a light. Again, it's holding the p... read more

I’ve been trying to reach them for a warranty claim for about a month. Was going ok at 1st but then the representative ghosted me. Tried to file another claim with no response. Even tried Facebook messenger. They read the message with no response. Terrible customer service if you have any issues with the product. Would 100% never use again

I had a SPEC clutch in my car for most of a decade before I decided to replace. The clutch lasted less than 1 drift event before having nothing but release failures and issues. I have tried calling numerous times with no answer. I am extremely disappointed in SPEC as they used to be known as a reliable clutch brand. I will not be purchasing another clutch and no long recommending people to SPEC as their quality control and customer service have been sub par/non existent.
