I just left this establishment unable to receive a nail service that I and my mom waited for. We inquired about the wait time prior to agreeing to receive the service. We were told to wait and the nail tech. would be finished with her client shortly, and we would be next. While waiting another guest who appeared to be a regular walked in and they inquired about the services she needed today. She signed in at 2:30, which was 30 minutes after we had been waiting. First visit, it was Tues lunchtime. Not a heavy crowd. Very nice place with approximately eight chairs & five nail tables. Hospitality was awesome!!
