Never again will I deal with this clinic. I have brought multiple rescues here. I had a prescription for heartworm medication sent over. I called before they approved the order to confirm the dogs and the records they were in since they were under my personal name and one was under a rescue. Less than 10 minutes later I was notified my one dog was denied when he had a HW test within the last month. I called to check on why and was told his record wasn’t in there. It was. Dr. Spears just did blood work today for my 17 year old diabetic cat also thyroid issue for years. Got his meds refilled. Was in and out in like 35 minutes. Friendly atmosphere and really sweet personel. Thank you Dr. Spears.
They have tended to my animals for years. Dr. Spears helped Goose (my dog for 15 years) cross over the Rainbow Bridge December 2023. My Olive had severe arthritis the last few years of her life, she was 13; they always treated her with such care and compassion. Her meds were reasonably priced. I recently got two kittens spayed there too. It was a good experience. I have a friend that goes here as well. Nothing but nice things to say!
Our Cat Tiger had to have to have surgery and the staff was very compassionate and the surgery was successful. I will recommend Dr. Spears and his staff to anyone.
