Eden Rock will have some of the best sense on community you can find being that close to busy downtown Austin. It’s in a location that truly has it all with restaurants, dog parks and grocery stores while still having that cozy neighborhood feel. The best part is it’s just a short walk from downtown. We had the best time living in the complex and the management was always pleasant to work with and fast to respond to any maintenance requests that came up. I’ll miss all my neighbors that became our friends at Eden Rock.
Best landlord I have had in Austin. I tried the mega corporation apartment complex living previously and Spearhead is far more responsive and honest. I am almost through my first lease. They are upfront about costs and don’t hide little fees everywhere. The buildings are quiet, small, and well kept. None of the fuss and trouble you find in huge complexes. You can easily contact a real person if any issues occur. Their buildings truly feel like part of the neighborhoods, not an eyesore or unwanted addition.
I lived at Spearhead's 39th 1/2 location for 4 years and it was such a joy. The apartment itself was gorgeous, and the attention to detail made it so unique and cozy. The management is incredibly responsive with maintenance issues and quick to act. The community of people who live here is also so wonderful—everyone knows everyone! I cannot express how grateful I am to have lived here. There's truly nowhere else like it, and I cherish the time I had there and the people I met!
I cannot say enough good things about Spearhead!! They have been such kind, responsive, and helpful property managers throughout my time at Eden Roc. I’ve had such a great and positive experience with them — shoutout to Blaze especially — and would highly recommend them to anyone!
HIGHLY recommend living in any Spearhead property! I lived at Eden Roc for 7 years, and it was my favorite place I’ve ever lived. The complex has vintage charm, deep windowsills for your plants, wood floors, a swimming pool that you usually have to yourself, and is situated in a super safe neighborhood with walkable restaurants/grocery store/etc, I walk everywhere and was able to have all my needs met without a car.
