Really the best management I have experienced in Austin. The team is small, local, and they care about their tenants. I've always had the best interactions when I had questions or needed something repaired. I loved living at the property and it was well kept and just such a beautiful homey feeling place- I will really miss it! Also Blaze is amazing.
I had a great experience with Spearhead Properties living at the Braeburn for the last 5 years. Rent was fair, maintenance and management were always responsive and friendly, and overall I felt the place was very well kept. It was a great first apartment and I will miss it, along with the stellar management!
After five years of living at the Braeburn, it’s time to say goodbye and switch from apartment living to the house lifestyle. I can’t say enough good things about Spearhead Properties! The Braeburn in particular is an old complex (though I can only speak for my non-updated unit) and so had some quirks and some well worn aspects to it. I highly recommend renting from Spearhead Properties. I lived at the Braeburn for a year and everything was great. Maintenance was super responsive and quick, and the leasing team was very communicative. Best leasing agency I had in Austin!
Great apartment! They are really close to UT. The school bus 656 stop station is just in front of the apartment, so you can take the bus to school and back. The 656 has so many shifts every hour, so you don't have to worry about the time. Also, buses 7, 30, 3, and 801 are close. On the weekend, I also take 7 to the university library. The laundry room is free. I really like this! They have a really quick maintenance response as well! Really convenient for a student!
