In a nutshell the firm demanded my credit card in advance prior to coming to my building despite me being a past client Unprofessional service and rude to boot NOT recommended , just like the other reviews

Do NOT give this company your credit card number. We had a boiler break down and were without heat or hot water overnight. The next morning I called Spearhead and they asked for a $1500 authorization for a ~1hr service call. I initially declined but they said they wouldn't send the tech unless I gave this authorization. I finally agreed but also said clearly ""I don't want you to charge me if you might not be able to send someone right away."
