We found Spearhead Health at a time of crisis in our family and we could not be more grateful for the support they provided. I’ve been working in this field for 12+ years and have had a professional relationship with Dean and Ryan for almost 8 of those. They come with such a professional and compassionate approach and I highly recommend them whether you need care management, an intervention or helping to find a program for a loved one. I have been fortunate enough not to have needed them personally but if I ever have a friend/loved one that needs the services they offer they will be at the top of my list.

I was witness to a process to support someone in need of an intervention lead by Sprearhead Health. The clarity of purpose of holding the line for the best interest of the client while bringing compassion and clear communication for all involved was impressive. I can't imagine how this process would have gone without their leadership and kind support.
I started working with Ryan 3 or so years ago and he’s been the only person to get through to me and help me understand my substance abuse issues and how to move forward and excel in life without the use of substances. I’ve been almost 2 years clean and sober and now and have a well paying job. Spearhead also had Lisa work with my parents and sister which they’ve had very positive things to say about that experience. I owe a lot of gratitude and appreciation to Ryan and the rest of Spearhead.
