John in Service went above and beyond to get a part for us and make sure we didn’t have to make two trips from Gillette, and we didn’t even buy the car from them! Wife takes in vehicle for air bag problem and potential recall. Charged $129 service fee on the lemon they sold us. Maybe the exuberant fee on the diagnostics could have been pointed out BEFORE the test? Enjoy the profits from that check, it will be the last.

I recently started my journey with Spearfish GMC with my terrain and some extended coverage work. I have dealt with 2 other GMC dealers (Rapid City & Pierre) and they have been terrible to work with.
