Recently, we purchased our third GMC vehicle from Spearfish GMC Cadillac. And like the first two times, we had a great experience - with the entire car buying process! We had the distinct honor and privilege of working with Kristi and hands down, she's the reason we keep coming back! We like the no-pressure approach to buying vehicles, the response time to questions, and helping get to the bottom line without jumping through a bunch of haggling hoops! Thanks to the Spearfish GMC Cadillac team for being so awesome!
Steve Horner was excellent to work with. He took time to get vehicles for us to test drive after a short discussion with limited ideas of what we wanted. There was no pressure. Two days later, we saw a car on the lot we wanted to test drive. It was the one and it was ready for us to drive home that afternoon. This is the third vehicle we have purchased through Spearfish Motors. We would highly recommend Spearfish Motors to anyone who wanted to purchase a vehicle or to have their vehicle serviced.
Each department has been courteous and pleasant to work with. Scheduled and completed our vehicle repair in a timely manner. Service department was more than helpful and we appreciate the Saturday hours of operation. Thanks Spearfish GMC!
John and the team in the service department took a traveling family in off of the Interstate and immediately got us in. As an experienced mechanic they were honest, fair priced and had us back on the road in just a couple of hours. They literally saved what could have been a huge wrench in a vacation and didn't attempt to take advantage of the situation. Class act facility.
Kristi was amazing! She was very patient with me as I worked through what Cadillac I wanted & she found me the Perfect one!!! She kept in contact with me through out it all & answered all my questions. Highly recommend this dealership!!!
First class service. Stepped up an answered my call for assistance when our truck needed repairs 1500 from home. Had us back on the road in less than 4 hours.
Mike went above and beyond to find the vehicle we were looking for when other dealers just said there is none out there, you will have to order one!
