Mitch Gum was a half decent land lord. I was an excellent tentant. Always paid my rent on time. Left the apartment in great condition minus a small carpet stain in a closet up stairs and a broken bracket in one of the kitchen cabinets. He was pleased with the condition of the apartment. I was owed a deposit and have yet to receive it. I moved out August 15th 2017 and it is now December 8th. I have texted and call. No response.
