I worked with Leah for the past few months and she has been such a huge help in dealing with pregnancy aches and pains and getting me ready for birth. She was so friendly and always made me feel very comfortable. I would highly recommended her for anyone who needs pelvic floor therapy!
Have loved my PT experience here. The staff is extremely kind and helpful with getting you the right care and working with your schedule. A huge shout out to my amazing pelvic floor PT Leah. I am in my second pregnancy and my second time for pelvic floor PT and she really truly cares about not only making sure I am feeling better, stronger and correctly flexible but also checking in on me during my pregnancy. I came in over a month ago with vertigo/vestibular difficulties that became very debilitating. Matt has been such a wonderful support and guide during all of this. I’ve noticed so much progress thanks to him! He’s always very patient and does a great job at explaining the exercises we work on. Every staff member here has been just as supportive and kind!
An excellent place for physical therapy with highly qualified professionals. The therapists are very attentive and work with you to achieve your goals. Other PT places that I’ve been to don’t give you anywhere near the personalized treatment. Their Jersey City location where I went is brand new, very comfortable with a friendly staff. I highly recommend Spear for physical therapy.
