Great place to rehab. Matt was awesome very knowledgeable. Got my shoulder much better through ART and PT. Will definitely come back if I get another injury!
Hey this stuff really works!
Worked on a couple of issues I had with my foot and back. Location was nice and convenient. Matt and the team were awesome in making sure goals were met and paid close attention to progress even during the exercises. I definitely recommend this location!
Couldn’t recommend Spear more, and especially Kayla. I originally came in with a hip issue and somehow she has since become the mechanic for basically every part of my body that decides to act up. What I appreciate most is that Kayla actually listens and tries to understand what I’m trying to get back to. The goal has never been “just stop doing that exercise.” She works with me to figure out what’s going on, explains it in a way that actually makes sense, and gives me a path back to lifting normally and confidently. Spear locations have always provided top-notch PT to me when needed for at least the last 14 years and thrilled they opened a Jersey City location. Kayla has been an exceptional physical therapist for what we thought was simple plantar fasciitis, but it turned out to actually be a tear! She researched different things that might help and we tried them all before I finally surrendered and got the MRI done. Needing to go to PT isn't fun but this location has a great energy and I always get some laughs in during each visit.
