If I could leave a zero star review I would. We had a horrible experience with their therapist Kelly because i disagreed with her opinion on my child and expressed that to her in a firm manner because of specifics that were said. Keep in mind, there was no foul language or name calling, this individual was never objectified in any capacity either. I always liked this pace in the past. My daughter has been receiving the therapies at this location for many years. Unfortunately, today I can't post a good review. My child with autism was recently discharged from the speech therapy solely because she reached an age cutoff. (she is only 15), despite her clear and ongoing need for speech and communication support. Speech therapy is a long-term necessity for autistic children, not something they "outgrow" at specific age. They are so awful! The first time around they messed up everything. Had us in OT when we were only there for speech. Then tried to charge us for a test they never did. Took months to resolve that. Now we’re returning and it has been a month of trying to get someone in their office to schedule an appointment after having received the damn referral! If I could give them no stars I would.
takes my child 5-10 minutes after the appointment time and releases her 5-10 minutes early and bills my insurance for the full half hour
