Shady charged me for a haircut I never booked. I called twice they said either the person or the owner would get back to me. Has not happened. I disputed this with my bank. Never give them your credit card information. They don't say what they do. Zero Stars would be an understatement
Jair is hands down the best barber I’ve ever had. He’s precise, skilled, and genuinely cares about making sure you leave the chair looking your absolute best. He listens to what you want, offers great suggestions, and always delivers a clean, fresh cut that gets me compliments every time. The shop has a great vibe too and Jair is friendly, professional, and easy to talk to. Highly recommend booking with him, you won’t be disappointed!
I recently made a visit to the el Cortez location; calling before arriving too for the services that are listed. I just wanted a simple line which I was told was $25 , the barber continued to emphasize that a line was $25, I agreed. Then he informs me “this is head and neck line only, no face(beard)” I reply my face is almost more important so I’d need that as well.. he then goes well the beard trim is an additional $35!
