o not use this practice for your vision related needs! While the patient care staff and physicians are adequate, this cannot be said for the billing and practice manager "Genie". After a recent routine eye exam and contact renewal for my husband, whom is also diabetic but suffers no diabetic ophthalmologic manifestations, we received a bill (in addition to what was paid for contacts) for the sum of nearly $180.00. This is a great office. The staff is friendly, the equipment is cutting edge, and the atmosphere is inviting. Dr. Speak is professional and great at fitting hybrid contact lenses. I have been to many optometry offices and this is by far my favorite. Speak Eyecare will have my business for as long as I stay in OP. -B
