I really like the thrift store but trying to get items to them is not very easy. I am a disabled vet and had a very large heavy piece of furniture I wanted to donate. I tried reaching them for a week and couldn't get anyone to answer the phone. Finally when I did. The schedule they had available was not feasible. My only option now is to hire someone and pay to have it delivered to them. As I cannot get into my bedroom and have been unable to do so since Tuesday. RecommendedVery organized and clean store. Best thrift store around. Buy a wooden nickel for extra savings.
overall good but can be high on prices. They do not like to negotiate either. Service is always good though with nice cashiers and help to move larger pieces if needed.
The whole place reaks of cigarettes. I couldn't imagine buying anything from there!
I just want to personally thank co-manager Josh and the two guys (not sure of their names) that came to pick up my donations today. I have always loved the SPCA and their thrift store and when I called to schedule a pick up the other day, I was completely caught off guard by the condescending tone of the woman who answered. She acted as if them coming to pick up my donations was a total burden and they "couldn't spend all day" picking up my donations.
