My dog Charlie was neutered yesterday. Scheduling was very easy with a very prompt appointment. Upon arrival, the wait was minimal before Charlie was taken for the surgery, which was completed quickly. He was released early the same afternoon with meds. He's doing very well. The cost was very reasonable and I appreciated that, as well as the exceptional service we received.
I took my rescue fur babies for their vaccinations. The appointment was on time and everything happened exactly as I was told when it was scheduled. The spca people were kind and gentile: in and out of the treatment rooms--no fuss. The clinic was clean and odor free. Check out was fast and easy. No surprise up-charges (as happened at a local vet office a few months ago.)
Friendliest staff ever! They have come through for us on 2 separate occasions.
Emily is my dog and she received excellent service and care. She got her shots and also a microchip. Thank you SPCA for your compassion and love for all animals. Ricky Wilcox.
