I wish I had known about this place years ago! I see no reason to pay triple the rate for shots and "fixing" a pet. Staff were all friendly. It takes some time, sometimes, to get them on the phone, but after being there, I realized they are busy and it helps keep the costs down to have fewer staff. Just keep calling, they will answer.
My kitten developed a suture infection after getting spayed. I called when I suspected it was getting infected no one answered called several times and left voicemail. No response. My kitten ended up going to west park Animal Hospital to get iv antibiotics, iv fluids and they cleaned her wound.
Very affordable and good care. Just wish they would provide a little more teaching about the time period between vaccine boosters and make getting copies of records a little cheaper (it's currently $7/page).
I called yesterday to get info about getting my cat spayed.....no one answered so i left a message as the recording instructed but no one called me back....but after reading reviews about how you wanted to take a dogs stiches out on the sidewalk after it got kennel cough from your facility, im glad im not taking my cat there!!
The staff was very kind and knew what they were doing plus. I got my dog his shots and flea medication for about $75 dollars and it only took about a half hour if that. I love this place
My cat Heather had an inflammatory disease that necessitated the pulling of all of her teeth, or to put her down to end her suffering. I loved my regular vet, but I couldn't afford $1400(!!) to have her procedure. They did her dental work here for around $250, a HUGE difference--and the staff was wonderful. It's been I think close to 2 years since her surgery, and my kitty is so much happier and healthier :) thank you! I've since moved, but If I make a trip back to Ohio sometime soon to visit family, I'll be bringing my dog ... read more
