The spa was clean and everyone was very nice. It wasn’t crowded and I felt comfortable being there during the pandemic. Annette was my masseuse and she was fantastic as always! A+!! She is very attentive about what is bothering you and does her best to help. I will be back to Spavia to see Annette even though there are dozens of spas closer to me.
it was so realizing after a hard week. it was very nice of the staff to be so nice. they were very helpful when I asked a lot of questions

Today was my first facial at Spavia since the pandemic started and I was blown away by their covid protocols! I felt so safe and had such an amazing facial from Ashley. It was the exact relaxation I was looking for. For facials they use a plexiglass shield that is put over you while you lay on the table which allows them to give you a full facial while protecting you. I received a gift of a 60 minute deep tissue massage and I was more than impressed! The spa is clean and beautiful, and the receptionist was so kind to take me on a tour and allowed me time to get comfortable, as this was my first time. Tracy performed the massage and she was amazing! Five stars!
