After an accident I had surgery on my thumb and hand a year ago and due to scar adhension formation, had to have a revisional surgery a few weeks ago. After my initial surgery I saw a general OT with another practice to rehabilitate my function and strength and they were great but since I developed all the adhesions and didn't regain full functionality of my thumb, knew I would need another surgery. This place is awful. The front desk staff are so discriminatory, disrespectful and treat chronic pain patients awfully. Why do these people bother to work in healthcare if they don’t care about people?
I did my first exercise was very hard I couldn't do it the Shawn told me I GUESS PHYSICAL THERAPY ISNT RIGHT FOR YOU and then when it was time to leave I was pushed out like I was Nobody got me very upset the way I was treated this place is very horrible don't come here
Great service- they were really busy and got my mom in right away to have a splint made. Really nice therapy and office staff.
