Bare minimum for a hotel but location is great and can't beat the price. Bring your own wash clothes/loofah, and soap too. The Bartlett is "good enough" for a few days. Terrible view and no AC.

Great spot for my quick in and out of the city business trip. Stayed hete for 3 days was the cheapest and grandest location in central san fran. Beautiful room and exceptional amenities all included for a very decent cost. It was all remodeled and clean and comfy. We will be staying here again the next time we fly in.
