RecommendedI lived for 5 years at Spaulding Hills. Very quiet, clean and always kept a good maintenance record. Angie is very nice and easy to work with. Anyone will be happy to be there.

it's very quiet. But you need to see it for yourself. What's online is not what I got. I've been here for one week now and I still don't have the new appliances they promised me. My oven turns on and it turns off. No temperature setting. So I haven't been able to cook. That's all I asked for and to come off my rent since my apartment is old and outdated. Spots on the wall, ceiling and the sink. My disposal isn't working and water just sits in it drawing bugs. I've been seeing roaches since I moved in. Management seems to be ... read more
