Staff answers phone promptly and schedules appointments when our family needs them. Dr. S correctly diagnosed several complicated conditions in our child, and promptly followed up with test results. She patiently explained our child's challenges and answered several calls we made after hours with questions. We love Dr. S and would recommend her.
We have had wonderful experiences with Dr.S. If I could give a six star review I would! Dr.Spatoliatore is a fantastic pediatric doctor. My kids and I have been going to her office for the past 4 years. One day my son had a fever and was puking all morning I called Dr.S and she moved her schedule around to see my son. This shows how much she cares for her patients.
Dr.Spot has been providing healthcare for my family and I for the past 12 years. Every time we visit her office we are never disappointed with her outstanding work. I highly recommend Dr.Spot if you would like to receive phenomenal healthcare. I will certainly be back!!
We have 4 children and followed Dr. Spatoliatore since before her Ardsley, NY office opened. Moving 35 miles away, we continue traveling to Ardsley, NY because she’s been our kid’s only doctor. She is kind, and knows us as people. We trust her judgement. She’s gone the extra mile for our family on countless occasions with flexible appointments at 3 locations when we need them. If you want someone who cares for your children, you want Dr. Spatoliatore!
Dedication, commitment, and passion for children and families’ is what this lady has. While my daughter and son were very ill last winter and I had no way of getting help, dr. Spatoliatore came to my house on a Saturday at 9:45 pm to care for my sick children, amazing. If you are looking for the department of motor vehicles doctor’s office, where you take a number and see a different doctor you never met every time don't come here. She's trustworthy, honest, and always answers. We adore Dr. Rosa
Dr. Spatoliatore has been our favorite Doctor for 11 years. She is kind, thorough, caring, and skilled. We have 2 children, 1 with special needs. Dr. S provides high quality care and always answers when we call. If you need someone who takes time to listen, give her a try!
Dr Spatoliatore is a great doctor. We have been going to her office for 7 years and have always been treated with respect. Despite what other people say she is the best pediatrician out there. Highly recommend her.
The quality of care has dropped over the years. Her Ardsley office has gotten filthier. The office hours are not flexible since she sees patients mostly in Yonkers, and she can't seem to manage her own office. What finally made us leave is when my daughter was erroneously diagnosed with flu. She was completely out of supplies (not the first time) and prescribed her Tamiflu assuming everyone else was sick with flu. Next morning my daughter tested positive for strep in Urgent care.
Overall, Dr. routinely does her job.I am switching doctors though after a careless mistake. Twelve days after test results were officially in, I am told my son also had STREP (was treated for the flu). They "tried" calling me (several times)I called back and was told it was to CONFIRM my 6mth old's appt. Not only did they not leave a message stating it was to discuss results, but when I called back they mentioned nothing of it! 12 DAYS PASSED BY! Unacceptable.. This was at 36 N. Broadway Yonkers
