Booked the 80 minute couples massage and had an amazing experience! The front desk gave a tour and we had time to relax with a steam and shower before heading to the Zen Den to wait for our therapists. Lacey and Desi were friendly and professional, I know Lacey was putting in work to get my shoulder knots out! We are staying at the hotel as well, highly recommend getting an early morning service for a more exclusive atmosphere, the locker rooms and waiting are were busy after our service.
Not at all worth what I paid. Over $700 for a couples experience. My partner did not enjoy his massage. The lounge was unimpressive. The spa amenities were subpar. I have been to spas all over Southern California and with that price tag I had certain expectations. Completely fell short.

Had an amazing experience at SpaTerre for my birthday 🎊. Kalli and the other staff members were so kind, accommodating (since I needed additional accommodations), and attentive. They really made sure your time spent is relaxing and memorable.
Peaceful, serene, relaxing massage. Friendly staff. Hot sauna and tea after to complete the relaxing. Highly recommend.
