I work here as a forming operator. Operators start at 24.50 packers 19. Its a very phyically demanding p lace to work. Motjimg difficult but a very hogh expectation for operators Overtime is consistent optional most of the time. 401k decent insurance. Very high turnover rate. 12hr day. 3.2. 2 schedule at the moment. Was kust chanfe from 5 day work week. Issue in pic happens daily. But a very nice pay check which comes biweekly

Hello fellow Truckers , At this place Receiving time is 8-5 no Appointment needed lots of space for maneuver small shipping and receiving office team were awesome. You should disconnect and put the yellow jack under trailer. I arrived at 1.03 and out at 2:30 pm You should pass right through the Muncie City Main Street there’s road construction. I’ll attached some photos as well. That pretty much it. Have a blessed day We do our best God does the Rest.
Absolutely terrible company to work for. Got hired into one position forced to work another. They don't rotate you around different machines. Older people made work environment very toxic. Would never recommend if your a young bright person looking to advance, they don't see that your just a replaceable bucket hat to them
