I would give zero stars if I could. I am under the care of an infectious disease physician, and my PICC line dressing is ordered to be changed every 7 days. Spartanburg Home Health failed to send a nurse on schedule and told me it would be nine days between changes — directly violating CDC and Infusion Nurses Society (INS) standards of care. I called Spartanburg Regional Home Healthcare services immediately after my discharge from the SRMC and set up appt time. No one called the first day but some was to slated to come out the send day which was a Friday. Appt time between 4p.m. and 5p.m.- as it got close to 5, we called their main number and asked for a status update on my home healthcare nurse, Julie said she had called, texted and email our nurse Lenore, but had received no communication back from her.
