Dr. Birch and his staff are absolutely amazing! My oldest daughter has been going for a couple of years now, she’s only ever needed one small fillings and him and his staff did an amazing job of keeping her comfortable and stress free. They recently started seeing my 1yo and were so gentle and understanding of her. I will NEVER take my kids anywhere else
The most amazing staff I have ever witnessed. Dr. Birch is amazing. They handled my autistic daughter so beautifully. I am so grateful I found them. The office is kid friendly, and they have 2 dogs on site that are super sweet. They explained procedures and costs effortlessly. Thank you so much for treating us like family.
Wonderful dentist and staff The dogs in the office do not stray from their locked in area at desk . My 3 grandchildren love the office and the people there. The dogs provide them entertainment and ease their anxiety. Love Dr Birch
Very kid-friendly, courteous, great communication with staff.
Day before Christmas Eve, my son had an abscess… have seen them before for a cavity on same son, called their number, called emergency number, left a message, wound up going to urgent care to get an antibiotic… I don’t know what a worthless pediatric dentist looks like, but they were of absolutely no service to me. Still haven’t called back…
