Awesome experience as always
Had a service that included tire rotation and balance on 6/23 (the service was $334 total). On 6/29 I took the car back for roaring sound from the tires, shaking and vibration in the steering wheel. I was told it was an alignment issue and they weren’t checking anything else but would be happy to do the alignment and put 2 new tires on it because it was normal wear (at my cost of course).
