Will never go back to this dealership. Terrible customer service. I went ready to purchase a 2019 Dodge Grand Caravan, and they made me an offer. I accepted the offer, and they ran my credit (which was really good so that wasn’t the issue). I thought I was just waiting to go into the finance office, and then they come back and say I am sorry but we gave you an offer that was for another vehicle. Absolutely best costumer service in the upstate. Josh Schell was exceptional at helping me get the right vehicle without being pushy. He was very professional, personable and patient while I made my choice and worked with me to get the price right. Everybody was friendly and helpful! I am so excited and satisfied with my new Jeep!
