We had such a wonderful experience here! They took care of our entire family—including our three little ones—and were so patient and kind the whole time. The staff made the kids feel comfortable and at ease, which as a parent means so much. Thorough, fast, and convenient. I wanted to replace the lenses in an old frame at Costco from WP. My prescription was 3 months old and fortunately I was able to walk-in to an appointment with no wait. I decided to get contact fitting as well. Looking forward to picking up my new lenses in my favorite frames in 5 to I can’t remember how many days. I’m trying out the contacts now and waiting for more trial contacts to come in as well. I really like having my eyes checked here, The doctor is patient and takes the time to explain everything. I don’t feel rushed and like I’m a number just trying to be pushed through. The ladies upfront are super friendly and very helpful. I brought my daughter here for her eyes check up also and everyone was really patient with her, I appreciate the kindness and friendliness that they showed her.
The staff members were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The doctor was efficient and thorough. He shared meaningful information about my vision throughout the exam, teaching as he went. He is patient oriented, which makes it comfortable to ask questions. Cost was reasonable. It was my first visit, and I’m glad I decided to make the appointment. I’ll definitely return.
Dr. Roubos is fantastic—both incredibly knowledgeable and personable. From start to finish, my experience at Spartan Vision Center was smooth, quick, and easy. The entire office staff was warm and welcoming, making the visit even better. I’m so glad I found this place and can’t recommend them highly enough!
