I contacted Spartan Vision after a sudden onset of extreme light sensitivity. They were incredibly accommodating and were able to squeeze me in for an emergency appointment in just a couple of hours, diagnosed the problem in just 5 minutes, and had a prescription sent to the pharmacy immediately. It was such a relief to receive such incredibly competent and quick care! So thankful that Spartan Vision Center serves the East Lansing community
Dr. Roubos made going to the eye doctor a fun learning experience. He was extremely talkative and entertaining. He took many measures to make sure that I was getting the perfect script and explained every step of the process thoroughly. It is evident that he is very knowledgeable and experienced. I 100% recommend Spartan Vision Center for both the experience and quality care!
First time seeing this doctor and he was great! I normally go to a very large eye specialist clinic in our area but needed to get a new prescription faster than I could get an appointment there, so I went to my local Costco. The doctor had a great sense of humor and was very knowledgeable. He also showed me the images of my retinas, explained how my astigmatism affects how I can see and what my me script would do for me. My husband recommended Dr. Roubos to me and I would absolutely recommend him. He was attentive, thorough, very good at explaining the problem and correcting the issue. His upbeat personality puts everyone at ease. The girls in the front office are equally as friendly and helpful. Looking forward to my new glasses, have always been happy with the Costco optical department, thank you!
Excellent customer service and a friendly demeanor from staff. Special shout-out to Bree and Destiny who on separate occasions have gone above and beyond to make sure my glasses were satisfactory. Glasses are such an important tool for everyday life, and they seem to understand that fact through their compassionate service behind the counter.
