The staff was excellent. I was seen promptly. Dr. Roubos was very thorough and explained things no other eye doctor has. It was refreshing to have a interaction in today's world without worrying about an ulterior motive. Since they don't sell anything, you feel like what you are being told is accurate.
My eye exam was amazing, Dr. Roubos was extremely detailed and answers every question I had he also has a great sense of humor. I felt very welcomed the moment I walked through the doors by Emily and Dr. Roubos, Emily was super nice and explained step by step what she was doing during the pre-test. I will definitely be going back and bringing my family in to see them!
If you wish to see stuff, you need Spartan Vision! Dr Roubos is capable and thorough, and furthermore a pleasure to speak with. As an added bonus, glasses are sold just outside the practice at reasonable prices, so you can immediately order your new glasses.
From the moment I walked into the office the vision specialist and the optometrist were very helpful and nice. They treated me like a patient and not another customer. The optometrist was friendly and explained in detail everything about the results of my eye tests and the health of my eyes. I really appreciated the service and will continue to use the vision center at Fruitport Costco.
Excellent, attentive staff and Dr. Andrew Roubos is an enthusiastic person to work with--he really cares about getting your prescription just right. I look forward to continuing using you in the future and feel relieved to see CLEARLY with CONTACTS again. Thanks for all the great samples, and see you at the Lake (or Costco)!
