Dr Roubos was wonderful! As was the technician who got me started. I always have trouble with eye exams due to my overly sensitive eyes but they both made me feel so comfortable and assured. Dr Roubos explained everything clearly and I feel like I have a much better grasp on my own vision now. Everyone in the office and surrounding store is kind and welcoming. Highly recommend.
The staff members were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The doctor was efficient and thorough. He shared meaningful information about my vision throughout the exam, teaching as he went. He is patient oriented, which makes it comfortable to ask questions. Cost was reasonable. It was my first visit, and I’m glad I decided to make the appointment. I’ll definitely return.
Dr. Roubos is fantastic—both incredibly knowledgeable and personable. From start to finish, my experience at Spartan Vision Center was smooth, quick, and easy. The entire office staff was warm and welcoming, making the visit even better. I’m so glad I found this place and can’t recommend them highly enough!
Whole experience was pleasant. Eye exam was efficient with little wait time. Doctor is knowledgeable and personable. Everything was explained when I chose my frames like cost, timing, lens material, available service with new frames. Very reasonable prices. Definitely recommend.
Excellent staff. Fun and educational experience. I learned a lot about my eye and the cool images allowed for amazing education about my correction. Dr. Andrew asked me about my vision goals. He was very engaging as a professional. Also, it was the most thorough as well as the quickest visit for an eye exam that I have ever had in the 32 years of having them done. Mentionable as well was the optic department manager Lauren. Great staff! Great service. Thank you!
