The staff was excellent. I was seen promptly. Dr. Roubos was very thorough and explained things no other eye doctor has. It was refreshing to have a interaction in today's world without worrying about an ulterior motive. Since they don't sell anything, you feel like what you are being told is accurate.

Excellent, attentive staff and Dr. Andrew Roubos is an enthusiastic person to work with--he really cares about getting your prescription just right. I look forward to continuing using you in the future and feel relieved to see CLEARLY with CONTACTS again. Thanks for all the great samples, and see you at the Lake (or Costco)!

Dr Roubus is very professional, kind and takes time to discuss concerns and explains all aspects of the appointment. He is great! Office staff is also very friendly and helpful.

Today’s eye exam was very disappointing. The new optometrist spent less than 5 minutes with me then said I was done because he had my prior records. Previous eye exams required me to look through multiple lenses to determine my prescription; he only did a few. I left with a script but have no confidence that it is individualized accurately for me. I feel like I went through a fast food drive through.

My eye exam was amazing, Dr. Roubos was extremely detailed and answers every question I had he also has a great sense of humor. I felt very welcomed the moment I walked through the doors by Emily and Dr. Roubos, Emily was super nice and explained step by step what she was doing during the pre-test. I will definitely be going back and bringing my family in to see them!
