Reginald handled our claim. He was professional, responsive to communication, and attentive to our requests during the roof and gutter replacement. He checked in with us throughout the process to ensure we were informed and happy all the way through. Roof and gutters look fantastic! Very happy with the work and our experience.
Will never use your company because of the lack professionalism with your sales people. I have a no soliciting sign on my door, and we continue to receive knocks on our door and flyers and cards. We have said no 3 times and still, they come by. Understand that, no means no!
Reginald Knighton did a great job educating my family on the roofing process. We got ice barrier, which we did not get on our prior roofing job and new box vents. The experience with Spartan was great
