Great work by the guys at Spartan! This is the second job they've done for me and it's been well worth the investment. Laercio Mendes and the rest of the team were a pleasure to work with.
Replaced a sliding glass door with a French door and window. The door and window arrived on schedule, which was 4-6 weeks out due to custom ordering. The installation was done faster than expected and done well. Under-promised and over-delivered.
The deck built last Spring is very sturdy and looks great. The workers did a good job and finished on time. I like how it extends our outdoor space and is perfect for family gatherings. The wood quality is high, and it feels safe to walk on. Overall, I am very happy with it.

I hired Spartan Remodeling only for a roof removal. That work was completed, and I paid in full as agreed. However, after the job was done, the company attempted to push an unauthorized rebuild on me. They: Sent me an addendum for work I never agreed to. Misused my digital signature without my consent on that addendum. Attempted to withdraw $5,000 from my bank account without authorization.
