My roommates and I have lived in one of Spartan’s homes for about two years now. It was built in 1960- so unfortunately has a lot of “old home” problems- but Spartan is always quick to respond and fix the issues with no hesitation. Patti, specifically is wonderful to work with. Very approachable and professional. The app and website are very user-friendly and easy to navigate. I would recommend Spartan to anybody!
I have rented with Spartan for many years and I truly have never been so well treated and taken care of. They are always available for any questions or concerns anytime. Many property management companies treat tenants like they are simply a 'rent' payment. Spartan treats their tenants like family that truly cares of our day to day experience. Likely why I haven't feel the need to move in 8 years. Thanks Spartan!
I’ve been a client of Spartan Property Management since October of last year. It has been a learning curve for me, having never used a property management company before, but Spartan PM (special shoutout to Patti) has patiently and kindly walked me through all my questions and fears. They are prompt to take care of problems that arise, big or small, and communicate well! And see all those leaves? They have always listened to our questions and requests and have explained when and how issues will be resolved. We value the mutual respect in our experience with this company.
Spartan Property management has been excellent to work with. They are responsive and easy to get ahold of. They are understanding and accommodating and do a great job of keeping up with this property. We appreciate their level of care and dedication to ensure this property remains in tip top shape.
