Extremely poor followthrough and communication.!! Run from this mngt company!!
We just listed our home for rent with Spartan and it was rented within 24 hrs! We have been so impressed with their systems and processes. We have rental properties in Georgia and the service level has been night and day! 10/10 recommend!
I did try to set up a time to view one of your properties and after having to select 3 time slots to view the home instead of just being able to pick one and having it confirmed, I then had to wait for a response that never came sent a follow up email and was then booked for a time that I no longer had available. I received continuous text message about the appointment and to confirm it, but when I responded to the message, I got an automatic reply that I couldn't respond that way.
