UPDATE 9/30/2025: After 4 months of trying to get Spartan Property to address the mold issues in my home, they finally agreed to run a mold test in the house which came back with mold levels almost 10 times over the acceptable level!! That’s right, almost 10 times over the acceptable level!! I was then forced to leave the house as my health was severely impacted. Please don’t use Spartan Property Management for your rentals. I moved into one of their rental homes a few months ago. Within a week I identified a very bad smell in the house. I brought in multiple HVAC and plumbing contractors and they each found significant mold and plumbing deficiencies in the HVAC system. I raised the issue 9 separate times with everything documented and they are now claiming there is no issue. I’m having major headaches, respiratory issues and am wearing a N95 mask just to breathe. I’ve been with Spartan since 2019, and it has been so easy to work with them. They’re clearly all very dedicated and very caring professionals who attend to our homes like I would.
