Please don’t use Spartan Property Management for your rentals. I moved into one of their rental homes a few months ago. Within a week I identified a very bad smell in the house. I brought in multiple HVAC and plumbing contractors and they each found significant mold and plumbing deficiencies in the HVAC system. I raised the issue 9 separate times with everything documented and they are now claiming there is no issue. I’m having major headaches, respiratory issues and am wearing a N95 mask just to breathe.
