I’ve been with Spartan since 2019, and it has been so easy to work with them. They’re clearly all very dedicated and very caring professionals who attend to our homes like I would. They have a real talent for finding renters who vanish mid-lease or consistently fail to pay—but despite that, you’re still locked into a contract.
