I had used this company for many years and was pleased. However when they told me I needed a new unit by their technicians the company was radio silent for months. I had paid for fall service as well but had already had a new unit put in by a super responsive company. I called Spartan multiple times to ask for a refund for the fall check up to no avail. It seemed like the least they could do for ignoring installing a new unit.

I recently had a very professional experience with Spartan Mechanical. The team removed and replaced two old units with new ones, including condensers, air handlers, and smart thermostats, in just one day. They were prompt, thorough, and cleaned up after themselves. We remodeled our home and had several companies come out and quote us on a new system. It was going to require new duct work and moving the location of the system to a new spot.
