This is one of those gyms that you travel to go to if you don’t live close. The owner, Keith, is not only extremely knowledgeable about fitness, but also very passionate. I can’t recommend this place enough for any lifter of any shape, size, or goal. Bodybuilding, crossfit, powerlifting, and all types of training inbetween are covered here. Also cleanest bathroom I’ve ever seen at a gym.

I was in town visiting family for Thanksgiving and needed to burn the extra calories I consumed. Thankfully, Spartan Barbell and Fitness was open and offers day passes for only $10. They had a good amount of equipment and everything seemed clean. Without them I would have had to skip leg day. If I lived in Brookhaven, this would be my gym. Thanks to Spartan Barbell and Fitness for helping me in my journey to turn my calves into cows.

Very nice establishment! I enjoy the atmosphere and cleanliness. I like working out on the e machines and then enjoying the sauna!
