Son personas in responsables ya que e llamado muchas veces y no contesta y cuando lo hacen no se toman el tiempo en escuchar cual es el problema qué hay en el apartamento para que manden a alguien a arreglarlo muy mal de parte de ellos pero a la hora del pago de la renta ai si hay que estar uno puntal
I have been renting my same place since 2018 and have no complaints at all! There are always units available, you just have to ride around the neighborhood and look for the posted signs, since I believe some may be independent owner's also? Cheap rent! I have lived here almost 3 years. The application process was fast and if there are units available move in is fast and they will prorate rent if it’s the middle of the month. Maintenance is excellent and the response time is great. I have had to call a few times for smaller requests, because they prioritize emergency requests first which is completely understandable. I have a decent sized two bedroom and the rent prices are fair. I have had a positive experience the entire time I’ve lived here.
