Feeling 😔 My husband and I have been going to Sparta Dental Designs for years! Loved my hygienist Elaine, Dr Tirpack, Dr Perlmutter and all the previous dentists that were there. Since March the office staff has called twice to cancel my appointments for cleaning, which I understood. They said, the reason was due to Covid and being backed up and short staffed, fine I get it. Both my wife and I are patients, and our kids will be as well. The level of customer service is unprecedented. What is more telling is that I know I am not the only one that is treated exceptionally, I see and hear the interaction with every other patient, and it is all equally unprecedented. This is a dental practice, that is TRULY patient first.
Dr. Perlmutter, Dr. Tirpack and all of the staff are friendly, informative and courteous. I walked into the office and felt immediately "at home". The welcoming environment put my nerves to rest. It's like I was an old friend they haven't seen for a while. This office has been the most professionally staffed office I have ever been to. Thank you for the pleasant experience!
If I could check 1000 stars, I would. We are hosting a little 9 year old boy from an orphanage in Ukraine this Christmas. His past dental experiences have been horrific and we were asked to have him seen while we had him here in the states. He was so scared. Dr Tirpack was amazing! Dr Tirpack used our translator and explained each step to him. He was so kind and compassionate with our little guy. Wonderful place to go I am a nervous patient. The dentist always gives me anxiety. Sparta Dental Designs could not be more welcoming, calming,, patient yet professional. Thee office is immaculate and well decorated giving you a feeling of being relaxed and at home. I highly recommend you give them a try. The staff is just wonderful I can't say enough!
My first visit was with Dr. Dunn for a crown. She was so helpful and gentle. Next, I saw Dr. Perlmutter for some cavities. There are no words to describe how thankful I am for Sparta Dental Designs. Before going to them, I had such bad dentist anxiety. Both doctors were extremely accomodating. Dr. Dunn adjusted my crown several times so my bite was perfect and Dr. Perlmutter was willing to do anything in his power to make my visits as painless as possible, even if it included multiple visits or extra novacaine.
