I drive a 2016 Jeep Cherokee. Yesterday I stopped by and wanted the Mini Detail service at $26. I was was told it was going to cost $52 because it was an SUV. I paid $8 more for the seats to be wiped down, the "Leather Treatment" they called it. I went out to my car when I saw they were finished. Went to get in my car, then saw the seats weren't touched. Sparta Car wash is the BEST EVER. They do a fantastic job and go above and beyond the call of duty. My whole family comes here. No where else like it!!!
Paid for the mini detail and they didn't vacuum half the car and the floor mats were still dirty. Both the cashier and manager, George, were not pleasant when I asked for my money back for the services not completed. They wanted me to go back in line and wait for 30 mins again to let them do it again. I had an appointment to go to and could not wait and they said that it was my problem not theirs.
Worst car wash. Doesnt matter if u pay for the cheapest cleaning or most expensive. They do the dame thing and its awful.

The website is horrendous. Posting the hours of business would be a good idea. And closing at 5:30 when it's still warm outside. Yet another good plan. Push away more business
This car wash is a joke. I went today (6/7/2016)and got the mini detail. My doors had red dust on them from where I had been and it was quite obvious. Of the four doors only one was cleaned. The windows were so streaked on the inside that I had to redo them and the purpose of taking my SUV to get it done was because I couldn't reach the bottom of the windshield. I have gone to this car wash several times and have been totally dissatisfied. This last time I went I was coming back from vacation. The back of my car needed vacuuming and my grandson had a bagel in the back of my car. I got the extra car wash and they didn't even vacuum the back of my car the bagel was still in the back of my car on the seat and my car was in and out of the car wash in four minutes they had to take my car back and redo all the vacuuming.
