I haven't been to SCW for years although I pass it every day. I had negative experiences in the past. I thought I would give them another shot since it's been so long. My window was broken in the car wash. The owner refused to do anything about it. He said “it happens”. Complained on social media and I was deleted from the Sparta FB Page. Will never go back there again. Terrible
mini detail not so great, left sand in all the crevices of car. dash clean, but rest of interior was left all dusty
Never minded paying what they charge - but be sure to inspect your vehicle before leaving I own a CRV and nothing in the “trunk” was touched Disappointed!!
They need to keep their website updated. I just drove almost a 1/2 hour to find out it was closed. Website says "Open." So that was a wasted hour. :(
RecommendedHad my white SUV detailed yesterday ($120 - exterior only) to spruce it up before turning it in at the end of the lease period. Lots of parking lot dings and scratches. (Truthfully I'm not a car person and had done nothing in 3 years to maintain the car's exterior appearance.) I was in shock when I saw the car. It looks brand new! My husband suggested maybe we buy it! (No, I'm still getting a new one.) Going forward I might turn over a new leaf and have this service done every spring. Thanks, Sparta Car Wash!
I have gone to this car wash 3 times now giving them the benefit of a doubt. I will never go back again!!!! They suck!!! I always get the “mini detail” and they are supposed to clean your whole car inside and out. I specifically went there yesterday to get my car cleaned because my boys tracked in mud and it was all over my mats. Needless to say the mud was still on my mats when I left.
