I have been living here at Mera Henderson since September of 2024. At first the place was amazing. It has since gone down hill. Last summer we had an issue with the pool. The pool was always dirty. We had alage growing. It got so bad that I started taking water samples to Leslie Pools to have the water analyzed. One of the results was 40% water quality. April 16,2026 Moved in when the property was fairly new and the place was amazing. The staff and maintenance was the best. But I think Sparrow Living is looking at cutting costs as most of the original ppl working this place have left and maintenance has gone to the wayside. The pool is cold, ppl were being told that the pump is now broken, and there is little proactive maintenance here. They don't return calls to tenants that have a problem. I've reached out several times since April or May. Still no response.
Mera Greenfield is possibly the worst place I’ve ever lived. Any company that can threaten a disabled person with eviction if they don’t get rid of their ADA registered service dog is not a company I want to have anything to do with. Their employees are discriminatory, don’t enforce the provisions of their own leases, and are ugnorant! Their first priority isn’t their tenants. It’s their constant meetings!
I need help. There appears to be no technical assistance from staff in my community at Amberlin Arrowhead. I am unable to get into Rentcafe. I have spent hours trying to get this corrected with not much urgency from staff. I was told that there was no technical support from this organization on the app they want residents to use, instead that I had to call Rentcafe for support.
