I was told my two year old had ring worm over her entire body after being evaluated for 2 seconds. They didn't even touch her or look under her clothes. We took our daughter to a real doctor today and was diagnosed with erythema multiforme. So glad I wasted my money and time coming here. We will not be back.
I have to be really desperate to go to urgent care, but today...I was somewhere between "can't wait until Monday" and "not the kind of problem that should use up resources in an ER." I was really pleased with everything from the checking in and wait time to the super-reasonable and compassionate nurse and PA-C who took care of me. I also observed staff being very patient and kind with a couple of pretty unreasonable patients. Oh, and I feel better already. :-)
Went to Urgent Care in Grand Ledge and I was in and out within 30 minutes! Amazing!
Was taken care of in a quick timely manner and staff treated me very well I recommend this urgent care
Was in and out in less than an hour. Nurses and doctors were very awesome!
Always nice and fast! This is my first choice for after hours. What would have been hours in and ER was only 30 minutes here! Never been more than hour total here. With 4 boys I'm a frequent visitor! Thank you sparrow urgent care!
